All orders are subject to a processing time of 5–7 business days before shipping. This allows us to carefully prepare, package, and quality-check each item prior to dispatch.
2. Shipping & Delivery Options
We offer Standard and Express shipping options for domestic and international orders. Delivery timeframes are estimated from the date of dispatch (not order date).

Delivery time begins after the order has been processed and dispatched.

- 🇪🇺 European Union estimated delivery: 5–8 business days after dispatch
- 🌍 International (Outside the EU) estimated delivery: 7–15 business days, depending on destination and customs procedures

- 🇪🇸 Spain (Mainland) estimated delivery: 2 business days after dispatch
- 🇪🇺 European Union estimated delivery: 2 business days after dispatch
- 🌍 International (Outside the EU) estimated delivery: 3–5 business days, depending on destination and customs procedures
Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as customs delays, local postal services, or peak periods.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

4. Tracking Your Order

8. Return & Refund Eligibility
You have the right to return clothing items within 30 days of receiving your order—no explanation needed, as per EU law. To qualify for a return or refund:

9. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Underwear, swimwear, or socks (if packaging is opened)

10. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, color, or style:
